I’m starting to understand that changing anything gradually is far harder to do because you are constantly reminded of your vice / thing you want to change. (I feel this is why smokers have a horrible time “Weening” themselves off of cigarettes)
Immediate change is FAR better. Why?
YOU BITE THE FUCKING BULLET IMMEDIATELY. You may crash and burn a couple of times but your success rate will be far better than painstakingly reminding yourself of your bad habbits.
