I don’t have nanobots in me

Being sick in bed is getting very annoying when you’re not sure what caused it. And the idea of having to see a doctor, sit in a waiting room, when I should be getting daily health reports on my cell phone is getting irritating.

Immediate change is FAR better.  Why?

YOU BITE THE FUCKING BULLET IMMEDIATELY.  You may crash and burn a couple of times but your success rate will be far better than painstakingly reminding yourself of your bad habbits.
